G7 Ministers Concerned About Destabilizing Behaviour in Russia

Foreign ministers of the G7 countries are concerned about Russia’s “continuing destabilizing behaviour”. They said that after a meeting in London.

The G7 consists of Germany, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Japan, and a representative from the European Union is now also present.

All representatives say they are concerned about Russia’s military deployment in eastern Ukraine and the annexation of Crimea in 2014.

“Unfortunately, the relationship between Russia and the west is getting worse,” the ministers write in a statement.
